it looks like lympho, which is to be expected in a situation like this. Just keep up with the treatments and water quality. Be sure to feed the best quality frozen or live foods you can and add vitamins to the water.

These no med. in the for almost a month. I was eating good just until two or three day ago. I saw fish end fin got bit.

In the first picture i think i see symtpoms of HLLE, might he hlle and bacterial infection starting to develop. Try adding garlic or entice to food along with vitamin enriched food. Also check water parameters or other stressors like stray voltage.
