^^ Agree, if you can take a photograph of the fish at closer range, because the fish in the picture are not that clear. And as humblefish told you do a 5 min fresh water dip (if fish got really stressed remove it) on one of the fishes, preferably the one showing most signs and check if any worms fall of.

Make sure that you use dark bucket so you can clearly see if any flukes come off, also make sure to match ph and temperature of water to reduce the shock on fish. Also if you will do a FW on tang they will play dead, don't worry about that, but remove them if breathing slowed down.

With all of those tangs and angels and how they're all impacted my bet is that velvet is at least a component of this. Let us know the results of the dip asap please :)

Looking at picture I can see tiny white spots all over the angelfish, can you confirm that?
If this is the case you would want to treat them immediately for possible marine velvet.

If they are indeed tiny white spots that look like salt covering the whole fish then its velvet, you can treat with copper or chloroquine phosphate. You need to do that in a separate tank other than display if you have invertebrates or willing to add in the future since LR is porous and will absorb copper and possibly CP and inverts are very sensitive to these medications.

I will not add any coral or inverts in future can I does cp is the DT

CP will be biodegraded by the bacteria in your DT.

Copper is your only option: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/copper-treatment.193343/

But you will also need a compatible test kit: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/copper-test-kits.257924/

The Cu level will fluctuate in the early on, as the rock absorbs and then leaches the copper back out. Can take awhile to stabilize to a point where you are getting consistent readings. o_O

You can take out the LR, but don't forget to monitor ammonia, also don't run UV or carbon when administering copper.

I agree with velvet looking at those last pictures. Copper will kill some of the bacteria but not all and it usually bounces back to normal pretty quickly. Act quickly to start copper... I'd hate to see you lose any of those beautiful fish.
