2.5 G Pico Tank

My son is working on a 3 gallon pico. I'm excited to watch yours grow!

@count krunk think the hob could be added to a modded rimless aio? I'd like to utilize the filter compartment for other gear.

Tank update. Say hello to my new inhabitant. I had to return my watchman goby to the store as he got way too aggressive and territorial, he even ate one of my smaller crabs after it molted.

What kind of fish is this? a pixy hawkfish?? Pygmy?

Im surprised the YWG turned aggressive. They can be territorial, but with what? What other fish do you have in such a tiny tank? For what I see in the pic, it is a pygmy hawkfish which it tends to be aggressive. Not sure if having a hawkfish in such a small tank is such a good idea.

He doesn’t get much bigger than this, also he’s not very aggressive at all. He’s technically an anthias not a Hawkfish. I’ve had no issues so far. My watchman got territorial with my hermit crabs any time they got near his cave, he ate two of my smaller ones
