So I know exactly what you meant but “live rock seeds” made me LOL.After I get the general equipment built I will probably Get some live rock seeds from my lfs and some cheap xenia or zoas and a snail or something g to kick off my tank and I will run it basically cruise control with biweekly 25% wc until I get back from California in early July

I can’t accept that, I don’t think my family will like people mailing me coral for freeSo I know exactly what you meant but “live rock seeds” made me LOL.
I’m near Chicago... I will literally gift you (ship them to you for free) some Xenia and Zoas if you promise to take our advice.![]()
YesI don’t know anything about all the radioactive names corals. All the radioactive named ones have the same care as the rest of their genus right?
Oh ok good. I thought they would be acclimated to the nuclear test site biotope but that’s good to know because some of them look kinda cool
That would sure be nice! Let us know when you do that because you’ll be rich. In all seriousness, promise me that you’ll call them “Live Rock Seeds.”I think I should make pellets which would slow release nutrients and coralline algae so people who want a healthy bioactive tank but don’t want hitchhikers just throw them in their sump then they get coralline everywhere and mabye even different types like plating coralline

Don't bring up the fw fish, but congratulations on their breedingOMG OMG OMG MY PSUDOMUGIL FINALLY BRED YESSSSSSSSS
Thanks, psudomugil can be saltwater fish if I wanted them to be though...Don't bring up the fw fish, but congratulations on their breeding

If you have not checked out any YouTube reefing channels yet, I think you’ll like these. Lots of great info and you can binge since it’s the weekend.
Reef Builders - Jake Adams is a legend. They also started a podcast called Reef Therapy... endless knowledge being dropped there.
Brock Leonard - great, informative short videos spotlighting one fish or coral at a time.
Inappropriate Reefer - wants others to learn from his mistakes but he really knows his stuff.
Mad Hatter’s Reef - top 10 videos on all different topics. Top 10 Nano fish, top 10 CUC, top 10 captive bred fish, etc.
