Def a nice score.
They nems were under EcoTech so I think the comparison of lighting is close. I think they'll do well.

Wonderful setup. Time not wasted reading this thread. Convinced me that my next DT will be a 72 incher.

@Tahoe61 do remember this? I have had it since way back when I had my 55 running. Few weeks ago I decided to move it where viewable.

Oh wow, yes that was like 3 years ago. Mine has gotten huge too. Bta still going well?

I still have mine. It's an invert that makes it through everything. Mine is on it's 4th tank.

So I had to go back in time a bit to January 2011 on 3reef.com to find when I first bought this guy...dang

Thank you. Great question. The tang is amazing. Its about 8" long and I have had it for about 4 years or so. My livestock of fish have gone down in numbers over the years so I don't have much left which is why I think its doing so great. It consumes about a sheet of nori a day. It isn't aggressive. I can actually pet it when I put my hand in the tank, very friendly.

With all that said however...
Would I buy another one? Probably not.
Would I recommend it to anyone with a same size tank? Probably not.
I think I got lucky. Knowing it will eventually out grow my tank, I have made arrangements to donate it the Cleveland Aquarium when that time comes.

Nice mix of livestock u got there .. My vlamingi devours at least two nori sheets a day if not more .. we almost have the same livestock( mine is just more tank based ) which is nice to see someone have .. If I was living in the states I would have taken that vlamingi from you .. Definition of a gentle giant .. love your coral types and set up
