240 gallon build

I kept both of those once, but I couldnt keep enough live plankton on hand for them. So I gave them to a friend with a biocube.

Drum roll please....we got water!! :whoo:

A huge thanks to Bill (Poolkeeper1) for coming and putting ALL this plumbing together! It was a huge help to watch and learn and after an overnight test, no leaks. Woo hoo! Here's some pics of all the crazy action. I will say, I not sure what made me sweat more, putting holes in the floor or hoping the tank didn't develop a leak while it sat the past few months in the garage.

Way too cool, man!!!! So stoked to see this!!! Did you just fill it up with tap water to test, or is that salt water? :)

I contemplated doing salt, but figured I would end up draining it and waste it all so just went with fresh. Hoping to make some tweaks and then get the sand and rock in!

Awesome!!! How did the first R/C boat race go?
I lost by a hair, but I think it was rigged.

Congrats!
Thanks Rev!

Woot! Looking sweet!!!

Awesome of Bill to lend a hand.

Thanks Bill!

Another big thanks to Poolkeeper and Rarelyseen for the help this weekend!

Lights and RO/DI up! Now to drain, aquascape, and make it salty!
