wow, what a beast of a tank! im glad it moved fine for you guys!

Purchasing the big tank…..making a fancy moving mechanism…..and the stand work…..Just became not overly impressive….sorry.
Getting your wife to help you move the tank….and have her using a circular saw…….I’M EXTREMELY ENVIOUS. Does she have a sister?
Actually I'm extremely impressed with everything. Keep the photos coming.

Bwahahahahshagsgahagdagshsfa!!!!!
More like getting my husband to help me!
My husband isn't the least bit interested in fish or coral![]()

Oops! Sorry. Wow! I’m speechless.
He can be replaced.![]()

I’d be a bit more comfortable topping the riser dimensional lumber with a sheet of ¾ plywood. Not sure if I’d trust my eye to “level†the tops of dimensional lumber with a belt sander. You want all edges of that tank evenly contacting the stand.
What’s the plan….hide the dimensional lumber with 3 ½ plus inch trim? And what are you planning for a final finish….match the original stain or some other finish?
In your pic of the tank in the house, your tank you already have set up , its looks like a cardiff on steroids how many gallons is that I really like the way it looks, subscribing and looks great.
