No, I don't know a way to smooth/seal that material. I'm still on ABS ATM but looking in to Colorfabb XT, I think it smooths just like ABS with acetone but will have better properties then standard ABS. (still need to look into it a bit more.)Did you end up using the madesolid pet+?

That article doesn't really say anything, doesn't even say what material they used. The comment from "Tom" is spot on.
nice.I ordered some madesolid pet+ from amazon and am going to give it a try. The parts I need to make don't need to be water tight.
