Ordered a quiet one 2200 return pump

!!!!!!!!

have a 29 gallon ready for a sump or a 20 long what do you think would be better?

Also need help with a overflow that can handle 600gph!

Help is very much appreciated as i have never went the sump route have always used hobs..

Oh and i made a new scape ill unveil it as soon as i get all this crap outa my tank and in the sump

Its very minimalistic

I would probably go with the 20 long due to it not being tall, allowing room above it. If you have room above it then definitely go 29 for more room.

Agreed. Glass holes 700gph kit with one return works for me.

With that. Do the overflow on the side of the tank that is over the beginning of the sump and the return on the opposite side of the tank.

For a return. The Rio pumps have always been reliable for me and aren't expensive.

I've never heard of that haha. I've used them on two different tanks adding up to atleast a year each and no problems at all. They started just fine.

Water params are great!
Got skimmer running good finally and setup to drain a gallon jug.
Using carbon and purigen.

The macro algae has grown alot it was the size of a dollar when i got it it goes 3/4 way down side of tank.
Petco gave me some leathers that weren't doing so good in there tank and there recovering great in mine.
Added some crushed coral in my substrate from a local established tank added 1 piece of liverock

Got my return pump need to wait for money for overflow and figure out a sump.<-- i have 3 diff empty tanks 10/20/29 but no space for them might move the tank to a diff room for space but I like it next to my head when i sleep.

Got another fish,a royal gramma everything is happy!

All the fish are getting fat lol the bangai cardinal is a pig haha.
I rotate between mysis,brine and bloodworms.
Anyone ever seen a nassarius orgy?
They did it for like a hour or two 2 different times this week in the exact same spot.

i got 3 chromis in my 55 yellow lined or orange lined i think they can be called had them about 6 months grown very quick and have just spawned for second time ,crazy , no aggresion all happy
