4x hydra 32hd problem

Mine they work fine but after a day or two one or two of them they just stuck on specific moment and when i try to check them threw the app the dont respond.. what the heck....

No. I'm working with AI customer service still (it's been about 2 months). They had no suggestions or ideas for me as of the last time I spoke to them. They asked me to file a bug report (which is different than the usual customer service request, apparently). I have received no response to the bug report, and no offers to replace the replacement they sent me (which also doesn't work).

Just notice mine had did this over the last few days. Left unplugged for 24 hrs. Set it back to my schedule and it worked as it should last night. Will update if it happens again

Have any news? Mine still every day make the same thing. When they ramp down for moonlight they stop before change to moonlight and stays there. Or they dont ramp up in the morning

AI released an update last week to the app with directions on how to verify settings, have you tried that? It fixed my similar issues.
