4x2x2 users How much flow?

Running two mp40 QD. One on each side. Run at 80% Nutrient transport mode. If I put them at 100% sand start to blow around.

You can actually see all 3 of them in this pic, but the one on the back wall is harder to find.

I have 2 x koralia 3000lph 1 generic 5000lph and a jecod rw15 full blast on w2 setting. This keeps my sand clean but I'm struggling with too much flow for the few softies I've got but if I go less I get dirty sand almost straight away. Seem to be stuck between a rock and a hard place
