50g fowlr to reef

Nice! I'm gonna order my fish this weekend and a few corals. Then I think I'm gonna try one of the aquasd sales in the next few weeks.

You can stock as quickly as your tank can handle. We always say to go slow because you dont want to overwhelm your tanks biofilter. So, add fish and test your parameters to be sure your not spiking ammonia because of the increase in bioload. In a mature tank it's possible to add several fish at one time without much of a worry. In a new tank it's more of a worry. Adding several fish at once is a good idea when there is a chance they could fight with each other, such as two Zebrasoma tangs (not sure on my spelling).

IMO a couple fish every two or three weeks is just fine.

Thanks for chiming in. I tested my parameters last night and all were zero except nitrates were a 5. I think I'm going to go with a mcCoskers flasher wrasse. Have any experience with them?

Yeah lol I saw it on divers den and loved it. I was gonna pull the trigger on it but decided to wait. Looks like its gone now. Luckily they have them in stock.

Get it man, get a male. You should buy two, that way they will flash. Usually they don't flash all to much by themselves

That would be awesome. I would love that! Live aquaria doesn't have females though. Do you think my tank would be over crowded or over stocked with a pair?

They are beautiful fish. I've never had one in my tank, but we keep them at the store. I find them fairly hardy and deal with the shipping stress pretty well. All of ours were eating within hours of being released in the tanks.

I think we should all three buy ourselves some tomoro! And maximizer, no you will be fine to add a pair. Just keep an eye on your bioload which I'm sure will handle it. Alright guys, let's get us a flasher wrasse:D seriously

Great idea, but I'm still trying to find the perfect blue star leopard.... Not to mention my newest setback with the purple tang. Cough-ick! Ehem. So, I probably wont be buying any new fish for a while. I'll have to live vicariously through you guys.

Just take your fish out and wipe him down with a paper towel to get the ick off:D bad joke I'm sorry. Hope you can get it under control as you've done before:)

lol! I wish it was that easy! Maybe one of those disinfectant wipes? j/k I know I will because I've done it before, it just really sucks. Like gaining the weight back after busting butt to lose it. It happens :D

Haha! You know I bet the disinfectant wipes would actually work:D seriously though, sorry you have to go through it all again. Wish you the best

Lol I'm down. Just wish they had some females so I could get a pair. Maybe one will show up on DD tomorrow!

Lol nothing a little disinfectant can't cure. Where I work that's how we cure a lot of our problems lol but we also grow bugs. A little counter productive but it works lol.

Ordered some goodies from live aquaria:)

What'd ya get?!
All Divers Den except the Butternut Stylo. I questioned myself when i got the stylo but it was either pay for shipping or get another coral and get free shipping. So i thought why not lol
