Good to hear, thanks for the info. Are you happy overall with the skimmer? You mention vibration noise; is the skimmer basically quiet or is it somewhat noisy?

I used the pad because I too was concerned about the water level and thought I'd avoid any sound issues with it.
Turns out it is quiet without the pad and works just fine with the water level in the skimmer chamber of the RSR sump.
