Holy cats, that's some serious growth for 6 weeks in!!

Day 48: I had good growth this week. Im keeping everything the same. LEDs are on for 18 hrs

PO3 = 0.0ppm Hanna this is the 1st time Ive tested 0.0 for PO3.
NO3 I didn't test.

@philfree the ATS is works great, its getting rid of my NO3 & PO3 and my corals are growing great, Im now working on getting them to color up.

Im seeing GHA on the overflow & on the return nozzle going away. Im waiting for the other algae stops growing.

With mine it took a good six months. I suddenly went, hey! I have no algae in the dt. Wow. Look at that.

Day 56: The growth doesn't look at think but this might be due to fact that I cleaned the screen good last week. I was thinking about increasing the time to 20 hrs a day. I do have some hair algae growing on my rock which I never had which I noticed a week or 2 ago. I currently don't have any turbo snails or Mex grazers and I think I have about 4-5 blue legged hermits. I feed 1-2 cubes during the week & on the weekends when I go to my office. I haven't check or cleaned my skimmer in a while but I run it in 2 hr increments w O3. My UV is on 24/7.

I forgot to test PO3 today before I left but if I go into my office I will test it at that time.

Tank shots I don't stir up the bottom so that I can see when the algae in the DT disappears.








@KStatefan no its not a bad idea, is a great idea. I think it was one of by best purchases for my tank. Now, I'm just waiting for MindStream to be released.

To clarify, I feed 1-2 cubes a day during the week and on weekends I feed my fish if I go into my office.

I tested my PO3 last night it was 0.19 ppm
I tested this morning:
PO3 0.09ppm
Alk 157ppm
CA 525ppm
MG 1280ppm

Day 62. Decent growth this week, the growth seemed long this time around??? I still have algae in my DT.

New Fish I added last week:
2 Barlett's Anthias
1 Flame Hawk
1 African Leopard Wrasse

Old fish:
1 Blueline Angel
1 Purple Tang
1 Bellus Angel
1 Borbonius Anthias AKA Blotchy Anthias (coolest fish)
1 Bartlett's Anthias
1 Blood Shrimp (I know its not a fish)

PO3 = 0.04ppm
ALK is 300ppm plus I had to reduce the drip rate since it was flowing way too fast out of the CA RX my corals look great they arent getting burned since the ALK is too high.

That's nice for 8 days growth. To me that's a sign of a mature and biodiverse tanks. I can't say that it's "a fact" but I see patterns where healthy tanks = the growth you are getting...that's all...

Wonder why other Algae lights are throwing in the Blue and Violet...

I have two lights, one is more red and the other more blueish.

Also what size screen is this?

These fixtures each have 6x 660nm and 2x 425nm Hyper violets on different dimming channels

Day 68: Looks like my growth is consistent and still have algae in my DT. I turned down the intensity a little the LEDs are running 20hrs from 5pm to 1pm

I still have algae on the glass & noticed GHA on some rocks. The brown & green algae growing on the bottom is mostly gone.
