Your choice. Id rather spend the money on the brand new ebay black boxes than buy used.

Ok but what about the current USA lights. Do you know if those are good?

I wouldnt buy them. They use small leds. They are 1 watt max leds and turned down from there. You should get a light that has 3 or 5 watt leds
