Between the reef tanks, majestic scenery, night skies and a 3.5 gallon bong, we'd get absolutely nothing done except maybe deep thoughts and some good music.

The new skimmer is skimmer-in'! However, we got a slight leak where the cup outlet meets the cup. I'm assuming from 5000 miles of shipping and got a little rattled.. Got some super glue on it and a ticket submitted, otherwise all good in the hood.

Sweet. Mine has been running for about 24 hours now and starting to settle in. It has started producing skimmate.The new skimmer is skimmer-in'! However, we got a slight leak where the cup outlet meets the cup. I'm assuming from 5000 miles of shipping and got a little rattled.. Got some super glue on it and a ticket submitted, otherwise all good in the hood.

Do a nem and Sexy Shrimp tank!Reef Octopus Classic 90 HOB skimmer installed and running! Tinkering with the return adjustment for water height, 50% closed puts me here, will be adjusting a little more on the closed side to get them bubbles up a bit.

Also cleaning out our 3.5 gal Beta tank today, it will be free for use for any SW purpose if needed, maybe as some type of small grow out tank.. Brine shrimp, etc? What should we do with this I wonder....
