Skimmer update: CoralVue has a replacement collection cup on the way! They did note that this new piece will not be under warranty, since the break was "very unlikely to break unless broken", but at any rate they have a new one on the way free of charge. The original showed up as such

You know it's time for a little scrub when your Clowns host your GHA. Heading to the LFS in a few weeks, going to really up the CUC with more snails and hermits. Trying to start there before any dosing and what not to lower phosphate.

This is going to be my answer to any future "Will my clown host this" thread. Yes.

Otherwise, ready to grab the wife's toothbrush and get to a WC today! Got side tracked with the beach yesterday, headed down for some exploring and shell collecting. Too bad none of the local inhabitants would enjoy a 78 F aquarium..

What are your nutrients? That's a good place to start.

Do they melt or disappear? Stop opening and slowly shrink or....?

Have you checked your iodine? I’ve heard dosing that helps zoas …. I also am too scared to have zoas, so take what I say with a grain of salt

I hate Zoas and can't keep them alive....

And yet.... Gorilla Nips, Twizzlers, Eagle Eyes, Radioactive Dragon Eyes, Mohawks, some Spiders or something, and those Halle Berry's or something. Got Hell Holes and Hells Bells coming in a week or so.

I didn't say this case. I was thinking more like getting sick. I seem to be the last one to always get the flu or whatever in my family. Sometimes I'd rather the "Better never than late" instead.
