These small Reef tanks can only keep a few marine fish as marine fish are more aggressive and many times bigger fish than say freshwater fishes. Its not only the fish aggression but the amount of food and waste in such a small volume of water you will be running into water issues fast.

24 Gal Tank? it depends on a lot of different things but I wouldnt go over 6. I dont like to pack fish in a tank and like for them to have room. but really it depends on how much rock you have and what type of fish you have. some fish need more room then others and some grow more then others as well.

Well said I was under the wrong impression that they will be calm. But just realized when they grow there could be aggression related issues

Update -

One of my friend taking care of my bi color and six line.

So now i have 2 clowns, 1 blue damsel and 1 yellow goby.. im gonna maintain this bioload
