I really cant say a dremel will do it without chewing up some flesh. You really need a wet saw on this one. You could try to snip a piece with bone cutters though.

Wet saw is the best for this. Just make sure to cut around the eyes and not through it.

Alright, my favia is gonna be ok. This morning I found that the maze brain was stinging it with sweepers. I have never seen them before. So moved the favia, everything is good!

Maze/ brain corals have long sweeper "testicles" gotta be carefull ur corals don't get tbagged.
