Yes, that's the part. Check the diode next to the mosfet as well. Those are often the reason for the mosfet failure.
 
Can I hijack a little and ask about a A160 that one side of the matrix suddenly went out on? Is that something that can be reasonably repaired? I assumed it was trashed.

I can make my own thread if there is anything to discuss.
Likely, the control circuit for one of the main channels went bad. If so, it's likely repairable.
I haven't run into a failed matrix yet. Not to say it's impossible, but if so, the matrix itself is not repairable.
