I'm big into RC and I see you got an Xmaxx up there! I love mine, so fun to drive. We seem to be attracted to expensive hobbies, lol

Yes both hobbies can be expensive. Love the Xmaxx. Such a great truck. One of my favorites, But honestly so are my others

First step to installing the corner panels.

Front panels and most crucial part. I only have 3.5” from window gap to corner panel edge. The glass stretches to 3” outside either side of the viewing gap. So I have to be exact on this so I have enough room to install the viewing window. Keep in mind I want to double up my waterproof efforts on the corner panels since I have MP40WQDs sitting there.

I’m not quite sure what you’re referring too. Keep in mind this is the first step to the corner panel installs.

After further review (football reference) I realized that what I was looking at was the board in the bottom picture and the reflection made it look like the board was keeping the panel up off the bottom. [emoji15]

I believe it's a golden trevally. They get giant.

The comment above is correct. They’re more commonly sold under “pilot fish” though. Fantastic fish. Very very active

Haha that cracked me up. Further review haha.
There actually are very small gaps but I filled them with silicone. Tomorrow I’ll fiberglass those filled gaps and all the seams to be extra sure it’s waterproofed.

How are you planning on doing the overflow? I am planning on doing a saltwater pond in the near future and was going to do a rubbermaid, but you have me seriously reconsidering building my own.

I’m using a ponder waterfall but in reverse. I cut out the center of it and install a 3” bulkhead.

I cut out the side of the tank to fit the waterfall in nicely. Then continued to use pond armor and fiberglass to waterproof the cut out.
