Bought this tank brand-new from advanced acrylics and I noticed that this seam wasn't bonded properly. This is the only seam that looks bad. Is it a risk or should I add some silicone to that joint to add durability.

Poor craftsmanship and QC. But I doubt it’s a structural issue. @Lowell Lemon can answer that question as a high end acrylic tank maker.

Silicone will only make it ugly and possibly void warranty if there is one, will be completely useless on acrylic. Weigh the pros and cons of having to return it/receive a new one if you ended up going that route. Personally depending on how much you spent I would send an email to them about it 100% to get their opinion atleast. This will also create a paper trail incase they have any clause for you to report issues within x time.

I emailed Advanced Acrylics a week ago and I haven't received a response yet. I wish they were better about responding but it is what it is.

It's just that corner.

in original 1st pic am i seeing a bead ,like repair ?? on inside corner?

do you see a repair in first pic? like a weld on 16 job??
It is possible or the solvent ran during assembly. Small bubbles are not desirable but may not affect the seam as far as leaks. Looks like the tank has a black bottom?

1/2 inch and the bottom is black.
Probably okay. It is a little on the thin side for best results. The bottom looks thiner...more like 3/8". So make sure you put the tank on a stand that supports the entire bottom. I would prefer 3/4" or more for best practices. Just my personal opinion. I built lots of 240's and 180's out of 1/2" so it should be okay. The front panel will bow slightly though. At this point it is your call but the bubbles are more cosmetic from the pictures than structural.
