Dip all SPS on your frag rack and if any others in the tank dip those too.
Dip also at the same time your frag rack.
Look for eggs on the frag plug and SPS.
After five days dip again as you might missed the eggs and they will hatch as they won't come off or die during the dipping if you want to do it good and follow the recommended process you have to do this for 8 week minimum.
I know it sucks but there isn't a safe way or shortcut out of this.

I agree, 8 weeks is best with colonies because eggs are missed easily. This makes sure you get all of them.

Check for eggs on every dip. I wouldn't bother removing the frags from the plugs because it will stress them out more and your already going to be watching them weekly to kill them anyways.

I think rushing a separate qt is a bad idea. They are easier to get rid of by just dipping and putting back in your tank. I think most losses come from using the wrong dip, dipping for too long, and getting freaked out in general causes peoplease to over do dips and such. If you get aefw take it slow they will not wipe a tank out in days. If your infested to the point of all colonies in decline with tons off eggs, I would focus on basting and egg scraping for a few weeks because weekly dips could really stress the acros more. This and one quick dip to knock the population back can help. Getting the acro colonies healthy again will make them more able to handle any stress from future dips or attacks from worms.

Since I see this question posted often, I will say that birdsnest, stylophora, pocculipora, Montipora, ect... do not need to be dipped. Seems newer reefers get confused with anything ending with pora or branches.

Can you point out the two that you see? If you're talking about the brown circular outline kind of in the middle of the frag, that's a coralite that is coming straight out toward the camera--see the polyp at 1:00?
I'm a bit late to this party, but I can answer that one:
