I think they are too but I would rather have people tell me they are than look like some dummy. thank you very much for your input

Got your PM! I would consider them to be African Blues. They have amazing color, very nice!!

thank you very much sir. Thats a HUGE compliment coming from you. I looked at ur ebay stuff.

Not a problem and thanks for taking a look at the auctions!

I have looked and can't seem to find a difference between, African Blues, AOI's and Blue Steels. Does anyone see a difference or are all of them the same Zoas?

Those could be Caribbeans as well.....I have seen just as colorful blues come from Caribbean waters. I used to have some just like that back a long time ago and were called true Alien eyes. Those are very sweet.....Coralmorphalogic has been getting bunch in just like that and they are no where near Africa.

those are them but they sure are the nicest looking ones i have seen. great pic and color

After looking at Coralpedia it does look the same as AOI, not Alien Eyes don't have the blue mouth....I don't see a differance what so ever though between your pic and the AOI. If you look at the date of the first pic of AOI they were pictured before Africans hit the market which more then likely they are Caribbean morph pictured on Coralpedia. I can see African and Caribbean waters sharing the same morphs though.....

The ones coralmorphalogic gets look similar at a glance, but don't look the same if you actually look at them close.

I have had both......They could be Africans as well, but they could be Caribbeans too. It don't take much for a wholesaler to attach a name or collection site to a box to make more cash it happens all to often.....Either way they are sweet and I need to get some for my collection.

Africa is not the place or origin for African Blue zoas just as Japan is not the place of origin of Japanese Deepwater Zoas. I have no idea why the names were attached to these zoas... But African zoas come from the Caribbean and Japanese zoas come from Indonesia.

Personally I have never bought into the African bit, but I don't deal with wholesalers either and what they say stuff comes from.....But thank you for your input with your background and experience in the business personally I put a bit more weight to that info.....I have always thought it was just a marketing thing.
