Ai Hydra 64HD no longer connecting to app.

Has anyone had issues with the lights no longer connecting to the my Ai app? My lights show 3 are connected but will not let me access them.

Little worried now did a factory reset and the lights wont even connect anymore.

I had similar issue with hydra26 x3.. I had to reset it and wait like 10 minutes and finally connected...I remember turning off app and then reopen..maybe try that.

They are blinking blue and green should I leave them unplugged for a while.

I did unplug mine, but like 10 mints..then reset.

I have had these lights for 4 months and nothing but problems.

Did you try that hold down reset button, unplug, wait 5 sec. then plug back in procedure?

I googled it and found another forum and that's how I figured it out...it was quick.

But I would probably unplug and let it cool down before anything..

Oh and one more thing I used my laptop Instead of phone after the app didnt work.

Try turning your bluetooth receiver on your phone on and off.

Admittedly i have the old wifi’s not the new BL ones but thats how i get my car to connect to my phone when its being wonky.

Well I might have figured it out I had to unplug them for 15 mins then use my tablet to find them. And I have to reinstall the updates. So my phone will no longer connect to my lights this sucks. And i had to use my other email.
