Hopefully this one does better , ya never know when bringing them home . We were at lfs other day and fella was explaining his tank parameters after a new purchase died. Owner gave him credit and they left w another fish.

Drip acclimation is the best method for fish! Get one of these for yourself!

Sorry for the loss

I'm def. Buying one soon. I dont want this to happen again. My tank is finally all back to normal and happy.. but in the future for when I get more fish when I upgrade.

Best and most efficient way to acclimate new fish into a system IMO

Also... would not stray away from the idea of setting up a QT tank.. talk about that in this weeks upload on my channel

I'll have to watch it, we have decided to set up a QT tank. Not sure for QT if you need all the same stuff or what. So ill check out YouTube for your video.

No doubt a good thing to do...

I just watched and thank you.. It helps a lot.

Plus i was at a couple LFS today looking for the filefish and one place had one but did not look so good llus there was a dead fish with him in the tank. So I ended up going to the next LFS and they had a good looking one with one other fish who looked healthy. So some good tips in your video.

Why eat the spinach when there's fruit loops available.

I d
Glad it's going better for you now. Didn't see you mention anything about testing the bag water ...
I test bag water salinity. It lets me know how long the drip acclimation needs to be.
I did not do that, and didn't even think about that. I will def do that next time.

Glad to hear the new fish is doing well. !

Really cool looking drip acc. system, I just use a 3ft piece of air line hose w a T valve..hold on the bucket w veggie clip
