I believe I have an aiptasia problem these little guys have been around the tanks for a while now. They haven’t caused any problems other than they are irritating my zoas. Will they cause other problems in the future? What’s the best way to get rid of them? How can I get them out from between my zoas?

That's impressive!! Numerous options, but with that level of coverage, I'm guessing there isn't one thing that's going to get it under control.
They don't cause issues other than starving out coral or irritating coral. They will also sting other corals as defense... Although not like a pest that intentionally eats coral (monti eating nudis, etc), they will still cause issues for your reef if left uncontrolled.

Thé rock is removable but it is also home to a feather duster and a Duncan
I keep a small tank with Berghia Nudibranch in it here for breeding. If I find Aiptasia on a small rock or frag I just put it in there for a day or two and they clean it up for me. Peppermint shrimp also work but not as well as the nudibranch do.

I want to do peppermint shrimp but I have to quarantine them sigh…..

I bought kalkwasser on Amazon and used the $10 coupon for $4 total 500g of Kalk. I’m going to try this method and hit them HARD
