The new tank is on its way from custom aquariums. Its 96" X 30" X 30" . The steel stand is being built by a local company. Orphek Atlantic v4 is also on its way for the lighting.

I just cleaned the tank and sump this morning... I normally dont run filter socks. Return is diverted to a uv sterilizer on the left side of the sump.

The tank is finally up on the stand. Thanks to many friends at Chicago area reef club and Beyondthereef in for making it such a smooth process.

Wow, I have never seen a 8 foot steel stand without a center brace. Are you sure that is OK?
