There are no bulkheads for adding a sump; Yes this was a display that I bought.

I can't see any of your pics! I was at MACNA as well and missed this tank at IM's booth. I would love to see it.

If your tanks are like the other IM tanks they have an acrylic back section. I can tank pics of mine when I get home. Because its acrylic you can technically drill it and add your own bulk heads if you wanted to add a sump.

It's a shame you missed the IM booth, it was pretty cool... I'm not too sure why you can't see the pics, I'm not that familiar with the workings of R2R but maybe you need to update your browser/ flash plugin.

So as for filtration, are there sponges? trays like there others? I know the 60 will sell for $1500, 80 for $2000 and the 120 will be $3000. I want to upgrade my two Nuvo 38's and was just wondering about these tanks.

There's two intake grills along the back wall on opposite sides that each lead to a filter sock. After the filter sock, the water run through the protein skimmer, media reactor, and heater (optional). The water then leads to the middle return pump chamber where there are two pumps split up into four output holes. In this chamber you can probably make some sort of refugium setup if wanted.

Well, it's def the same chamber set up as my Nuvo 38's, but there are sponges, carbon and phosphate sponges in baskets. It doesn't sound like this one has that.

Tank looks great though man. Im still debating going with the 80 or get a Elos. Can you do me a favor if possible? Could you measure the back chamber width?

Is this solid info on pricing? That's a deal breaker for me if those are the prices. Great tank, I really like it but the price point will be over my threshold. Guess I'll just have sit back and admire Alex's tank for now.

The back chamber measures 36 inches long by 6 inches in width.

Quarantine Tank

Decided to setup a small 6 Gallon Quarantine tank... Went to the lfs and bought a small blue Damsel, currently have him in the QT Tank awaiting the big move to the SR-60.

Here's my new Damselfish... I call him Big Blue.
Now I just have to sit and wait for the cycle to finish but since the tank was previously running on the showroom floor and I'm using all Natural Seawater, Ammonia levels are already between 0 and 0.5, just working on making sure everything gets stable now. Stay tuned for more updates coming real soon...
