Hey guys, over the past couple days I have noticed a weird dark green algae and a diatom bloom. I think I was probably feeding a little too much- my clownfish always acts like he's hungry. Haha.
Anyway, I'm going to slack off on feeding, I'm going to reduce the lights for a while and I did a 25% water change today.
Does anyone know what the dark green is? I tried to suction it off while doing the water change but it seems to be stuck on pretty good.
0 ammonia
0 nitrites
8-8.2 ph
10-20 nitrates
I've got a clownfish, 1 blue-legged hermit, 1 dwarf zebra hermit and 1 nassarius snail in the tank.
Any advice on other cleanup crew that might be able to help out?
Otherwise I'll up my water changes for a while.
