Algae ID

Mag around 1320
Not sure if that is to high, i know they don't like high mag. I usually have a hard time keeping them for very long, but for some reason the 5 i have now have been around for months. I don't know why.
You can also get a sea hare, but it will eat all that algae in about a day, then starve. Some times you can get your LFS to rent you one. The one I go to let's me buy one when i need it, then return it for store credit.

I would remove as much as possible by hand and big water changes will help as well. Getting a clean up crew would be the best way and testing water for copper as invertebrates can't live woth copper in water

I wonder how I would got copper in the tank. I have sent water to Triton for testing I will find out soon.

I would at a pet store and take care of the fish there. And we had high copper in our systems. We got it out by running an OR system and also running gfo in a reactor is the best but gfo in a nylon bags work as well
