Algae & Lighting

I would look up the many many threads on dinos. My corals lived by I was not housing SPS. as @Crashjack said, it's a multi-faceted approach. He (she?) is correct, just a blackout may not do it. I had been dosing NoPox for months prior, increased Reef Roids, scrubbed and scrubbed, water changes, Chemiclean... finally black out. Was it a culmination of everything and the blackout carried me over the top? Probably... did he help me? Definitely. Dinos are a nasty business. What works for one may not work for others. There are several forms of dinos - which you can only positively identify with a microscope.
Some use UV, some don't.... some dose peroxide.... some vodka.... so many options. It will be trial and error until you finally get clear of it.

It has bubbles and hairy, after feeding the tank with RR foy worse 20210320_142447.jpg

RR will raise phosphate... Algae eats phosphate. The only reason to raise phosphate is if you have high nitrate and low phosphate. In that case, you raise phos then dose NoPox.
Just feeding RR isn't going to fix this. Pics are blurry. You said before it was slimy but now it's hairy? The bubbles indicate either dinos or bubble algae. It would definitely help if you could put this on a microscope. It would be easier to identify.
Have you started reading the "Dinos" threads yet?

Another thing you can try. Take a sample of the algae. Put in an ice cube tray with Rodi. Freeze overnight, defrost...if when you play with it a bit its pink? Thats usually cyano. Brown is Dino....

Ok, can you take a very minimal sample (1/2 inch at most, you don't need much), and add to an ice cube tray. There is too much sludge here to tell. Then pull out thaw, and lightly mix. You will distinctly tell if the water is turning pink or brown....
