Am I overloading my tank?

I think the yellow tang is a mistake in a 75g. The tank is not long enough

Agreed, had to boot one that was about 4 inches from my 90 gallon because it tried to take over the whole tank after only a month and turned downright brutal to my Coral Beauty Dwarf Angel. Aggressive fish. @ the OP, I have a 90 gallon (same tank as a standard 75 gallon just 3 inches taller) and I replaced my Yellow Tang with a One Spot Foxface and the tank has been much happier since. As for Foxfaces being shy, mine is easily spooked and a bit of a spaz but more often than not he is out and about in the tank with the other fish. All depends on the individual though.

My foxface was really shy for the first 5-7 days or so had me worried cause he wasn't eating but now hes swimming all over the tank and hes a giant pig eats everything

I really want to add a foxface rabbit fish, but I'm concerned I'm adding too many. I have a 75 gallon DT with a 15 gallon sump.

Current residents in DT are
2 clowns- 5 months
bicolor blenny - 4 months
purple fire fish - 3 months
peppermint shrimp
cleaner shrimp
blue tuxedo urchin
CUC

Current fish in QT
Coral beauty - 3 weeks
yellow tang - 3 weeks

My plan was after I finish the qt on the coral beauty and tang to get a foxface in QT. I also would really like to add a diamond goby. I'm worried that would be to many fish.

I think you'll be fine. If you want to add a fox face I would do it the SAME TIME as the tang.. Once the tang gets his/her territory they can get belligerent. As others noted, they will do that to species that they feel will compete for their food source.

Foxface and Tangs are a risk together. As mentioned above they're both herbivores and compete for the same foods.

I added a foxface to a tank occupied by a powder brown tang and it was "game on". Both suffered injuries and had to be seperated. Both survived but lesson learned.
