I love a lot of flow I have a Gyre 230 on a 55 with a sicce 7 reated at 1900 GPH I think maybe getting 1000 and hour. I feel if your fish are not pinned to the glass the flow is ok

I understand and some corals don't like a lot of flow. I have a small hammer but I must keep it shielded, and in my tank takes about 2 to 3 months for zoos to get used to the flow. Sps love it
