I do agree that IM customer service is top shelf.

FWIW, I ship out roughly 1.3 million bikes from my location.

Approximately 12,000 trucks.

We load them beautifully, take pics, and BAM!

We get a pic from the customer and sometimes it’s totally unbelievable.

Sometimes the greatest care cannot compete with potholes and slammin the brakes.

WOW ! ! ! I can't believe the shipping companies can be completely irresponsible. Took 2 attempts for me to get my Waterbox and I can understand what you are going through. Nice to hear that IM is stepping up their CS for you too. Good luck on the next attempt

The worst part is it's probably ******* forklift operators and new drivers that are the cause of these headaches for the customers.. smfh

Wow! I missed a whole week of goings on here. No notifications. Really sorry that happened with the tank - again! I know when I knew my 120 was on the way (after a year of waiting), I just knew the tank would show up busted in little bits. Thankfully, it made it one piece in a rock solid wooden crate and loads of styrofoam. Hopefully your third tank gets there in only one piece.

Sorry, but I don't have any cool bird stories.

Sorry @Amoo . Took me three times also with JBJ, made worse by the fact they did not have any others in stock each time. Their customer service was great though and got me through it.

I follow a lot of tank threads and honestly seeing so many damaged, shipped tanks makes me wonder how much all of these woes become a factor in the pricing.

A buddy of mine got pretty lucky on the other forum, he went for a red sea 400 something something size and upon delivery that was a written note saying sorry that size was sold out, so here's the next step up free.

One in a million luck right there.
