Turns out one of the heads is loose. I sent this video to Neptune per their request:

Of coarse any time you deal with Neptune CS it's an all day affair. First they wanted me to send the pump back for RMA work. I explained to them, I felt that was silly to both

1. Leave me without a doser period when the other head is fine

2. I would have to RMA and pay shipping on a brand new product.

After much back and forth they agreed to send out a replacement, but only if I paid their $200 deposit, while cross shipping and inspection occurred. I am so frustrated with Neptune CS it's not even funny. I think this is my second meh experience with them. It literally would have been less hassle to call Marine Depot where I got this thing, let the know, order a new one and send back the old one. When dealing with your distributor is easier than dealing with you, that's not a good sign.

In other news, I was able to order my new tank today!!!!. I got in touch with somebody at IM and they had one in the system and they hooked me up. I should get tracking info on it within the next few days. In the meantime I decided I am going to completely redo my stand and sump so I went ahead and ordered the sump today. I figured if I was ordering the sump I might as well order the return pump. I was debating back and forth between the VarioS, Vectra and COR, but after dealing with Neptune CS I literally closed the tab the COR was in. Yes, they literally lost a potential sale today because dealing with them is such a hassle. So what did I get?

Guess you guys will have to wait until I start the new build thread.

Yeah it's not too bad tbh. Sadly I was looking for a way to power monitor these DOS pumps so I can catch if they do that again via log, but I'm not seeing an option for it since they are powered via Aquabus

Will do, I ordered mine through Marine Depot IIRC. It comes with a label that ships to ATI N A in Cali, then they bulk ship them. I created the analysis on the 7th, dropped it in the mail that day and got results on the 18th so 11 day turn around. I would say less than 2 weeks is average for what the ATi NA guys said.

Ok here's a for real update with real corals @Rakie must be tagged in all posts containing pictures of real corals.

I appear to have a problem on my hands. These have been in my tank since Friday and nobody is dead yet. I am going to have to rethink my calcium reactor media company if this continues.

The rest of the pics sucked so that's what you greedy buggers get.

Also now for a picture of some non-corals. This is my Rock Nem Rock. The green one I have had, the others are new as of today. I had a weak moment and took a flier on a company I had never heard of before. I got 5 for $37 a piece shipped, so can't complain. Thanks @Monterey Bay Coral

And for those who have been following all along, whatever that encrusting orange thing is, I have NOT been able to kill it despite my best efforts.

Good looking corals and rock flowers. I have ordered from Monterey Bay previously and was very happy. Great looking tank!
