I have a lot of comments here.
1. If you're going to get an anemone, all water intakes will need to be guarded, including pumps, power heads and overflows. see here.

2. I would not recommend more than one pair of clowns per tank. Usually the stronger pair will kill the weaker pair or they will all die from stress.
3. Maxi minis are nice but they don't host clowns and may even eat them. They will host some shrimp and crabs.
4. Your best bet for your first clown hosting anemone is a bubble tip.
5. Before you try a full size carpet anemone, I recommend you read and learn everything you can about them. As Liquid said, they "take patience, strong lighting, and pristine water". And a deep sand bed to bury their foot in and getting a healthy one to begin with can be a challenge. If you do everything right and keep the carpet happy it will reward you by growing and growing and growing to about 2 feet in diameter.
