P op Just wanted to show off my anemone removal invention.

All you need is a piece of foam, a plastic cup and two long rubber bands. Cut a hole in the foam, cut off the bottom of the cup and make holes for the rubber bands.

Then, simply annoy the anemone until it closes up enough to put the foam over it. Finally, place the cup over the foam and use the rubber bands to hold it in place. The anemone will just walk out...

Before - foot in a deep crevice

How big is this cup? Is it a kids cup, like the ones you get at a chain steakhouse?

I have to try this. Been procrastinating.
My Nem is now 4 nems and what was pretty is now getting a little silly them taking up real-estate.

Getting a tube over the nem isn't going to be easy. They are on a side wall and tough reach to the foot.
Maybe the cold water syringe trick might work.

There is another motivation to do this. LFS offer me cash if I bring any nem's to them healthy.

Would this technique work for hairy mushrooms?

Everyone says how cool and all but has it worked for anyone? I had captured 4 by just prying away at there ft. I had them in a mushroom cage then they were gone when I came back from 2 week hospital stay the top somehow came off! UUUGGGHH. They did release a slime but I just kept at there foot. Is that slime toxic? I have some brand new corals right by the nem now and a few are in hard spots to get at!

Yes, many success stories.

I was having trouble holding onto the Ice Cube, my Wife was Throwing away some Popsicle Molds, and I kept one. Easier to hold onto and last longer. I just have a problem keeping them upright, didn’t realize I needed the base.

OMG! The ice trick WORKS like within seconds it let go. Just caught two of them. I did take rock out but probably would work inside the tank since it was so fast! After I removed the big rock I saw about 20 babies I think. To small to see what they are now I am kind of worried they will die and pollute my tank since getting no light! Either that or I struck a gold mine lol!
