How long do you think my 25 gallon will be ok without the filter on? Can it go over night or just a couple of hours? If you have a wave maker it will be fine for hours. It will pull itself out if you leave the pump off.
That's ok even for my fish?A couple weeks if it has water movement and heat.my frag tank doesn't even have a filter. Just an airstone, a heater, and a light. It's growing like crazy.
Ps sorry I am only about a year into thisA couple weeks if it has water movement and heat.my frag tank doesn't even have a filter. Just an airstone, a heater, and a light. It's growing like crazy.
It will not take anywhere Near that long. I would put my money that it's out in 2 hours. That's ok even for my fish?

So my tank has heat (heater still on just return pump is not), and a wave maker pointed away from the anemone. It has been like this for about 3 hours and I can't tell any difference in him making his way outWrap it up with a towel or three like you would in a power outage to slow heat loss. You can't turn the return pump on for a while.
You can either add a bubbler, Or if you have a wave maker in there better. Don't point it at the nem please!
You can try to gently push it back through. If you get much resistance stop, but you might be able to help it out. Honestly, even if you ripped it out it will recover ( be more gentle than that, but it would). Totally shredded anemones can recover, this is not a major injury. So my tank has heat (heater still on just return pump is not), and a wave maker pointed away from the anemone. When you get it moved. Start target feeding it so it stays where you put it.He's happy there lol. Just reach in there and grab it it's probably not stuck on too tight. Don't yank or tear it. Just kind of lift the foot off with your fingernail. Sometimes i use one of those plastic dental pics. Or just let him be. He can probably handle that flow. They are tough.
Good luck with that. They're notorious for roaming...When you get it moved. Start target feeding it so it stays where you put it.
