This bubble tip anemone has been upsidedown for about half a day now, I tried to flip him over but he would just go back to being upsidedown. Water parameters are normal, and I'm using a T5 bulb for lighting. Is he ok? What can I do?

I dont think its normal...
You stated you used t5...is that just one bulb...?
And what are current parameters?

Can you check the foot for damage..torn or anything like that ..?

I have 4 bulbs of T5 combined with LEDs, he seems to be alright now but hes in a bit of a dark place. Idk what to do. Ph is 8.3, NO3, NO2 and NH3 are all 0

First of all make sure your no3 and p04 are at detectable levels.....as for the anemone so long as hes still attaching with his foot and hes got colour he should be fine ..!!

But is he still attached with his foot...?
Moving around...hes just trying yoo find a place he likes probably..

Yeah he is still attached with his foot but he shrinks a lot to poop, like once 3 days

How often do you feed him? The foot should feel sticky. If not he may be not doing so well. I had a bubble tip and he never attached his foot to anything he just kept tumbling around and eventually crapped out. I now have a long tentacle anemone. He found his home in the tank in about 30 minutes. Hes been in there for about 6 weeks now. I know he catches bits of food when I feed. Then I give him a little piece of krill once a week.

I forgot to mention... he is just in a 13.5 gallon nano tank. I have 2 kessil a80 tuna blues on there.

Looks like he found a nice spot he likes. Hopefully he stays put.

guys now he's hiding in a corner and not under the light, he's foot is attached to the bottom of my filter, whenever i move him he still goes back to that spot. Ive heard horror stories about anemone getting stuck in filters, what do I do?

Take a picture of where he is.

If you have a powerhead or something his tentacles could get in, should probably cover it with some mesh. Lots of people in n here have had a nem nuke their tank getting into one.
