Anemone upsidedown?

I found him this morning in a shrinked size with his mouth open, now his mouth is closed but still as not big as before,and some tentacles are deflated

Cover the intake with nylon stocking. That will keep him safe while he wanders.

It is normal for him to wander. Could take a week or more until he finds "His spot."

I wouldn't feed him anything right now. They are normally stressed for the first little bit and is trying to get comfortable. Just let him do his thing for a while.
