Yes it appears to be. That is quite common when they are flushing themselves in a new environment.
Been following this guy at a local fish store I went in tonight and he looked like this? Very weird but it was 7:30 pm lights were going off

Is it upside down? My guess is lights are insufficient or water quality isn't great.

Why may some tentacles be shriveled up and some be full and lush?
That's normal. Especially while it's settling in. Any idea what par you have it in? And what your No3 and Po4 levels are?

Yes I will update with that RUGHT now. All though I am concerned my filefish keeps trying to go near the Sebae anemone and tried picking at it once!!!

He is fully fed and eats frozen food but he keeps getting very close and think he might be picking at it :( worried for the filefish
I wouldn't worry for the file fish.... id worry for the nem. Nems of all kinds are on the menu for them. Yes we keep them to eat aptasia. But all nems are fair game. You may have to decide... nem or fish in this case.

I understand thank you for the info. So I don’t need to worry about the filefish getting stung? Maybe once I add the clownfish they will protect the nem? What would happen to a nem that gets nipped at?

I wouldn't be worried about the file fish. But the nem for sure will not like being constantly nipped while acclimating.

I will continue to monitor what will happen. I honestly think I have an idea what happened. I usually feed a cube total throughout the day and last week I cut back a little bit because of a algae bloom. However in affect I believe the filefish now tries and nips at whatever he can to eat. For example my Duncan coral has been gorgeous and past 4 days have been closed. All other coral is fine but this one has been closed.
