Sorry for your loss and congrats on the second fish that's doing well!

I would treat until it's nearly healed, then treat with copper because nearly all fish have velvet or ich these days as they've been exposed to it at some point in the distribution system.

Ya, typically 2x sessions of prazi, and 15-30 days of copper if my typical go-2. But I held off this time to do antibiotics solo & make sure it'll survive

Do 30 days copper, 15 will fail because there's lots of human error and testing error at play.

Ya I did 30 with all my other fish besides my 2x wrasse - which I did ~17 or so (but they were transferred to DT on that day, didn't stay in QT)
