Anthias bacterial?

Unfortunately, that's anywhere nowadays. Even "pre quarantined" fish have come in with flukes and or internal parasites for me. Every fish gets prophylactic treatment now, regardless of source
I understand all fish need to be treated. I was just upset about getting 1/3 of the fish I ordered haha and getting sent female but charged for the more expensive female. Before this I had gotten 5 green chromis. They had uronema and despite my best efforts they did one by one. Maybe I’m just not destined to have a small shoal of fish :(
Hopefully be done stocking my tank by 2019 lol

If no NFG, performing a 30 min MB bath would probably be helpful: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/methylene-blue.257467/
I do not have either of those. I am currently feeding metro with focus, one dose of cupramine, one dose kanaplex and one dose of furan 2. Maybe the gramma bit her or she cut herself on one of the pieces of pvc. She just kinda hides in a corner but still has a huge appetite and eats 5 times a day.

Fish has made a big improvement over night. The infection on its head is almost cleared up. Super verosious feeding. Thanks again for your help. Should I stop with the 10 day plan once infection is gone? Or let it run it’s course to ensure it doesn’t return?

That's great news! You definitely still want to resume for 10 days. Just like with humans, if you stop prematurely you run the fish of reinfection and a strain becoming resistant to antibiotics

You never see updates on these kinda posts so I thought I would do one. My Randall’s has been in the display for 3 weeks tomorrow. Thankfully I was able to completely rehabilitate him in qt and got him eating good before I added him to the display. He is now the most vibrant fish with voracious appetite. Will eat anything just about any size besides flake/pellet food. I can’t believe the transformation this fish has went through. 5-6 solid feedings a day does wonders for a fish.
Really wanted to take the time to say thank you to @dwwataz for guiding me through the process. I am certain he would not have made it without your help. Here’s a video of him feeding tonight.
He really sparked a love for anthias with me. After he went into the dt I ordered 5 ignitus and a central pacific anthias from live aquaria. Along with a fat head sunburst anthias from saltwaterfish.com. Amazingly all 7 fish came in perfectly healthy. It’s been almost two weeks in qt and I have not seen a single sign of disease, parasite or infection. They all ate and pooped well from day 2. I am profilactively treating with copper since I have the Hanna ulr copper checker and I have seen no stress since using it. And I plan to get a kole tang next so I need to be sure my dt is ich/velvet free.
Hope you enjoy the video and my man Randall eating his dinner.
