Was wondering if anybody else has a live camera on their tank so they can check on their reef while they’re away at work etc. Here’s mine.

Well, I put it on the backside of the tank so you can’t really see a camera it’s mounted to the glass so it can’t really move.

i’d be forced to use an orange filter on my camera if i had one for the DT. i run blues so i wouldn’t have as good as a shot as yours with full white

I have a lens that filters out the blue light. I put it in front of the camera lens so I don’t get any of that.

Yes on the tank, the tank room, the frag tank, the sump and the ato container. :)

Upload a picture whenever you’re free I’d like to see the quality and how it looks like!

My tank is in my office at work as well, so I keep a wyze cam on it so I can check in at night. When I have fishin QT, I move the camera over to that tank.

I have 2 waze cams, I have two tanks at work one in the conference room and one in my office so I do the opposite of you ad check when I'm at home.
I’d like to put one in my office but the students will probably throw pennies in the tank and kill all the fish

This sounds like something I would do. If I'm gonna see the tank remotely, I want to see ALL of it.
And then you need a camera to watch your camera

What benefit do you feel? You have having it in the sump at a curiosity?
I always had one in my sump incase something went wrong. I could have my apex turn off the issue. Now I just have sensors everywhere. It was more so when I worked away for weeks at a time.

We used to have cameras when the kids were little but now that they are grown up and I am working at home the cameras are gone so i dont have to get dressed to check out the tank.... :astonished-face: :face-with-hand-over-mouth:

I have 5 cameras in the fishroom. Too lazy to setup a PTZ.

-POV sump
-external skimmer and control board
-Network and GHL profilux rack
-Tank view from top
-Tank view from side.

6MP each - Color with IR

Not shown, but usually in place is a reflective dept stuck so that I can visually see the sump level.

You've got me Sir. What am I looking at in this picture? Not to be critical, I'm going mad with curiousity. Thanks.
