This looks promising. Anyone tried it? I shut my return pump off the other day and the hole in line to prevent a syphon was plugged. My sump was filled to the top and my Marineland light which hung just into the sump got wet inside it. I dried it out but fear residual salt left inside it may make it dangerous to use. Need to find a replacement.

I think you may be missing part of the link possibly? That takes me to a website with a bunch of different reviews of different products.

Aarrgg.
Evergrow nova s2 90 watt refugium light.
Pasting not working on my phone.
Please google what I put on the first line.
I think @XNavyDiver got it. I have never personally used them, but a friend of mine used a pair of them on his homemade algae scrubber and they worked great.

I just switched out my Keshia A80 for a MarsHydro ECO49 last night. The ECO 49 is a lot brighter than the Kessil. Hopefully it will up my growth rate.

A80 or H80? If it was the H80 I agree, I had to switch out from that as well as it just didn't seem powerfull enough.

It should grow chaeto just fine with the power output and spectrum. I use a Chinese black box white channels only and my chaeto grows fast enough to be a primary source of nutrient removal in my tank. From what I can tell, the stronger the light output the better, spectrum helps but is not as big of factor as the amount of power the light has.

Hey Zed, really like what I have read on this light. I can not find the dimensions anywhere though. Could you tell me what it's size is? Think I will be ordering this one.

Mars hydra only pull 130 watts. It's a 300 watt equivalent.
