Sounds plenty sufficient to me. The only issues I've really seen with mangrove lighting are more commonly two weak of a light, one that isn't place high enough to light all the leaves, one that isn't full daylight spectrum (too red or too blue), and so the tree doesn't grow well, or where the light is fine but a mangrove starts to grow too close to the light and gets brown, crispy tips on its leaves.
I just went with the LED grow bulb since it seemed sufficient and was more affordable than other options. I'm on a budget and money saved there is more money for other tank goodies.
Good luck, keep us updated! I need to post some updated pics soon, I've been taking plenty, just haven't organized and added them to my thread yet. My biggest issue I think is currently temperature, it gets cold in the winter in Vermont and we don't have any heating vents upstairs, so my room is usually 5 or 6 degrees colder than downstairs, low to mid 60s, which doesn't seem to be hurting the mangroves, but growth has been relatively slow these last few months. I could try adding additional light though, I have a par meter so maybe I'll measure output and add another bulb for more coverage.
