probably a faulty unit then. I feel like most people are capable of following instructions. I just bought a kamoer pump and returned it because despite following all the direction to a t it never would connect to my internet. I have plenty of 2.4ghz devices set up so I know it's not my network.Yesss already done did that made the account selected apex jr module checked all
The boxes that I had received watched the videos go to plug up the unit cycles through colors and instead of reading blue on the logo is red and doesn’t change
Right. Yeah all my networking is well qualified for the unit it’s self. So I’m leaning towards faulty unit as well.probably a faulty unit then. most devices require separate said for that so I assume the same for apex.I need to setup my new Apex as well. I have Verizon Fios with one SSID. Do i have to go into the router setup and create 2 separate SSID's for 2.4 and 5 GHz in order for Apex to work correctly?
