I’ve unplugged 3x I’ve reset my Wi-Fi twice and I’ve tried to push the reset pin mult times (which didn’t seem to do anything). All my pumps are on. Lights are not.

any other ideas or do I need to put in a ticket. Frustrating

Can you provide a bit more detail? What lights?

Display lights?
The Neptune light icon on the Apex?
What color is the LED flashing?

Edit:
Anything change?
Update firmware?
Lose power at home?
Lose network at home/ISP?

These sorts of details.

I’ve not updated any Firmware.
we might have lost power last night.
network has good connection and have reset twice. Usually that works

Ok thanks. Light on the apex head unit itself.

What is the light color that it is staying on? And is it steady or flashing?

Suncrest has taken some time off for now.
Hit reset button on back and unplug for 5 minutes. Plug back in and reset router and assure your account info is still on fusion page. If necessary, you may need to remove account and reinstall.

There is a reset on the back of the eb8?

You said eb8 - Thats for eb832

Yesterday I had a power outage for few min. When power came back on for some reason 1 of the gfci outlets popped took me 30 min to figure out why fusion would not work and pumps was off……

I apologize. I have the 832. Is there a reset On 832?

Yes
On the left side on back is a yellow nipple
Press that for 5 seconds

Yes there is, on the backside top left if I recall correctly.

Let me tell you some bad news about power outages, I've had 3 EB832's go bad on me. 2 of them were post power outage. Turns out that the 12v buck power supply fried inside the EB832. I'm not saying that this is your issues because the main apex unit runs off the supplied 24v buck power supply inside your EB832. I would venture to guess that you have an aquabus cable that isn't seated properly or that your router isn't communicating with the apex head unit. I'd start there and ensure that you have connection to your home network.

Okay. Will it do anything when holding for five seconds? I’m testing now but it didn’t do anything when holding for five seconds. I’ve unplugged from the wall and waiting for five minutes.

I read somewhere that if you hold the reset button for six second it should change the status apex to a blue color to place in Wi-Fi mode. Is this true? I haven’t tied this option yet

I’ve looked at the cables and they are all in good condition.

Yes and after reset unplug as you did

Remember to check Wi-Fi settings on fusion
