Apex Temp calibration

Not saying anything is off. The temp. gun can differentiate +/-3.4 degrees from the true temp. Therefore if you use the temp. gun as a basepoint to calibrate another probe, that probe could potentially be off by 3 degrees. There are more accurate devices out there is all I meant.
